The Wolves drop their first game of the tournament losing 5 - 2 to Mount Bridges Cougars
The boys fought a good battle in early morning play but found themselves in a 2 - 0 hole after one period. Jacob Craig saw plenty of action and made 4 key back to back saves in the hopes of giving the team a chance to get on the scoreboard.
It was late in the second period when Seamus Riley-McKay spotted Declan Uniac wide open and shoveled the puck over. Declan slid the puck under the pads of the Cougar's goalie.
Late in the third, Cole Hunsberger and Tim Hodson teamed up on the assist as Griffin Beddis received the puck and buried it in the back of the net.
Good effort boys. Keep working hard, attacking the opponent with the puck and generating turnovers.
