Police Record Checks (Waterloo Minor Hockey)

Volunteer Coaches, Trainers, On-Ice Helpers, Managers and Convenors are required to provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check every 3 years (and a Declaration in each intervening year).

****NOTE*** Waterloo Region Police Services does NOT send a copy of your completed Police Check to the Waterloo Minor Hockey Office. Each volunteer must pick up his/her completed Police Check and bring it to the WMHA office.   We will then update our files and return the Police Check to you.
