Evaluation Registration for the age groups U10, U11, U12, U13, U14*, U15 and U16 - AAA, AA/A (Seeded) and BB is now open.
PLEASE NOTE: Fall Evaluations will be held for U8MD, U9MD and U18 divisions.

Additional Information/Notes
- Seasonal Registration: Registration for the 2024-25 Season will open in May 2024 - you DO NOT have to use the Hockey Canada System to register your player prior to Evaluations. Please only complete the Evaluation Registration Form at this time.
- Zone Players: If you are an AAA Zone Player at U10 or above, from Centre Wellington, Drayton, Tavistock, Twin Centre or Woolwich, please contact your home Association to obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form and upload the form during the Evaluation Registration process. If you don't have the form at the time of Evaluation Registration, please email the form once obtained to: [email protected]
- F1 Players: if you are a player planning to attend tryouts on an F1 Waiver, please reach out to your Home Centre for more information. These waivers cannot be provided until Evaluations start.
- Non-Resident Players (NRP): if you are eligible to attend AA evaluations in Waterloo (U12 and above), please contact your Home Association to obtain a Non-Resident Player Passport (NRP Passport). Please upload a copy of the form during the Evaluation Registration process. If you don't have the form at the time of Evaluation Registration, please email the form once obtained to: [email protected].
