Game 13 vs AtoMc Red

17th Lightning played AtoMc Red. It was a hard fought battle but Red went home
with a 2-1 victory. Lightning played the majority of the 1st period fighting Red
off in their own end. #10 B. Barnes did a great job of back checking and the
superb goaltending and glove saves by #1 C. Carter kept Lightning in it.
During the 2nd period #15 M. Williamson denied Red a tremendous break away opportunity and pulled through for his team with good dumps so they could make needed line changes. #17 J. Corman cleared the puck out of his teams end when the pressure was on and #3 A. Farhood kept the puck in the opposing end to apply pressure when the heat was on! Red scored the 1st goal, near the beginning of the 3rd at 8:16. They made it 2-0 with 7:45 remaining in the game. #14 K. Curtis-Wolfe put Lightning on the score board with a wrap around goal at 6:04. Despite the Lightning effort for the remainder of the game it was a 2-1 win for AtoMc Red. Great effort Boys!
