Opposites Attract !!!!!
This past weekend saw two very different Timber Wolves squads come out to play!!
On Saturday the boys had one of their best games to date (again) and came out to play from the moment they arrived. The strength and engagement in the warmup is the first sign that we are ready to go. The training staff came back from warmup with 2 thumbs up and it showed. From solid goaltending, strong defensive play, and tireless skating
from everyone, a hard fought 1 - 1 tie with a very good Cambridge team was had. Looking to continue this strong play the Timber Wolves took to the ice against Kitchener Blue. The boys just did not have it on this day. There were flashes of solid play but the boys could just not put it together over the full game. Strong goaltending was not enough and the 1 - 5 result could have been much higher. Good effort by the boys and they showed as always that they never give up.
