Team Personnel, Roster, U16, 2023-2024, AAA (Waterloo Minor Hockey)

Derek Schoenmakers returns for his second season as Head Coach within the WMHA organization, having served as the Coach for the U16 AAA Wolves for the 2023/24 season. Prior to that, Derek served as the lead Assistant Coach for the U18 Kitchener Jr. Rangers for 3 Years. 

Derek’s playing career saw him play his minor hockey in the Alliance, before making the jump to the GOJHL for two years followed by 4 years in the OHL, including finishing with the hometown Kitchener Rangers. Derek then proceeded to play four years at Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with a degree in Economics.
