Second Half of October
In the second half of October our Wolves continued to work very hard at practices, dryland training and power skating! What an amazing group of boys!
On October 21st, we travelled to Brantford to face the 99ers for the first time this season. The wolves skated hard and the result was a 2-1 win!
This past Saturday we faced the Waterloo Wolves Black team. After a hard fought, scoreless first period, the White team continued to work hard and managed to pull out a 5-1 victory over their friends and ex-teammates from the Black team.
On Sunday, the Hamilton Huskies Red came to town for the second meeting of the season. After being beat by them 6-1 in Hamilton, the Wolves were looking to even the score. The Wolves defense and goaltending was really solid, while we received shots on net from all 9 forwards! The strong effort paid off and the Wolves managed to get a 2-2 tie to keep their 3 game undefeated streak alive!
All your hard work is paying off, Wolves! It's our time!
