The Boys Never Gave Up!
AtoMc GREEN showed an incredible amount of character and determination this morning to earn a point in a thrilling come-from-behind tie.
AtoMc GREEN were not distracted at all despite falling behind 2-0 in the first period. With fantastic effort, they focused on what they needed to do to keep it close and limit the opponent's chances. Our "Smart Player of the Game" today was Alex Vargas who demonstrated exceptional hockey-smarts by skillfully and repeatedly moving the puck out of our end up to the forwards. A big thanks to both Stanley K. and Sebastian D.-B. for thwarting the opponents on two high quality scoring chances in the third period as well. Lastly, Matthew T. played a huge role by working hard and with purpose in the "Red Zone". Up next, Hockey Day in Rangers Nation on November 15th! Time still to be determined; stay tuned.
