Peewee Select Wolves Sweep Vaughan Tournament
Five solid games resulting in 5 straight wins from the Peewee Select Wolves gave them the Championship in the Annual Marshall Drewnowsky Memorial Tournament this past weekend in Vaughan, ON.
The Wolves opened on Friday with a 7-0 victory over North Toronto. They followed that up and finished the preliminary round at 3 wins 0 losses after beating Host Vaughan Rangers 2-1 and Mississauga Erindale 3-0.
The Wolves defeated Caledon 3-1 in the semis and then outworked and beat Meadowale 5-1 in the finals.
