First Win For Team Henry's
Henry's played another tight game, and this time grabbed the win.
With some great goaltending, timely saves, good defensive work, and a never say die attitude, Henry's fought back to grab their first win of the season. Pillers and Henry's played a very even first period with the only goal coming from Pillers #13 with an assist to #8. There was no scoring in the second, which was a very defensive period, and not a lot of opportunities for either team. The third had Henry's start off very strong. #16 took off on a breakaway and scored from his bottom as he slid into the boards after the goal in the top corner. 59 seconds later, #16 took a shot that missed the net and bounced off the end boards where #7 was waiting in great position and potted the burnt biscuit in the back of the net. The rest of the period involved some good chances by both teams, and Henry's goalie made some fantastic saves to keep the team ahead. Henry's next game is Sunday October 31st vs. Hyundai.
