The Waterloo Minor Atom MD Wolves continue their attack!
The Minor Atom MD squad have continued their success, grabbing 4 points on the weekend, and taking their unbeaten streak to 14 games...
Along the way, the Wolves have outscored their opponents 75-16. Not to rest on their laurels, the boys have been working hard over the past month to transition themselves from 17 individuals into one team. The coaches are seeing noticable improvement in the kids, as they begin to develop their intuition in the game.
Excitingly, the competition are not laying down in defeat - The Wolves have been treated to some great games over the last few weeks. Teams which may have been brushed aside at the start of the season, are improving very quickly. As such, the Wolves will need to stay hungry and keep striving for continual improvment through practice.
The Wolves will host the Brantford 99ers on Saturday, and then will take the road to face Burlington Bulldogs White on Sunday. The following weekend, they will compete in their second tournament of the season, the 47th Annual Guelph Powerplay.
