Minor Atom AA/A Home Opener
The Minor Atom AA/A Wolves celebrated a successful home opener with a 7-1 win over the Stratford Warriors. All cylinders were firing for the Wolves during their home opener today vs. the Stratford Warriors with goals coming from both the forward and defensive squads. C. Taylor and J. Venerus netted two goals each, adding singles were L. Carberry, W. Fellin and P. Murray. Some keys saves from the goalkeeper (D. Lloyd-Craig) kept the game's momentum on the Wolves side. Head coach Adam commented on today's opener, he stated "A well played positional game with accurate passing and 100% effort from all players were key factors to our success today".
