Minor Atom AA/A Game Four Vs. The Hamilton Huskies
Once again the Wolves take down the Huskies to make it four in a row!Little did the Hamilton Huskies know they were entering the "Wolves Den" when they walked through the doors of THE AMCW hockey arena this morning. Suffering the same outcome as the last three opponents who entered "The Den", a loss to the Wolfpack!!
Another exciting game for the Waterloo spectators today, watching another big "W" for the Minor Atom AA Wolves squad. Grit and determination by the Wolves turned the third period into a game changer, scoring four goals to put Waterloo ahead by two at the final buzzer.
The defensive squad once again handing out a full serving of body work to the Huskies keeping shots and goals to a minimum. While the forward squad belted in some late September goal candy into the Hamilton net. The Waterloo keeper, DLC had to be on his best game to kept the puck on the right side of the goal line to finish the game in favor of the Wolves.
The Wolves scoring started with J. Hicknell, assisted by J. Venerus, then M. Pudifin on a BEAUTY rush netted the second unassisted, followed by L. Carberry with assists from P. Murray and to finalize the game C. Taylor added an empty netter. GREAT WORK WOLVES!!
