Wolves make it five in a row
Novice MD Black is on a roll and getting contributions from everyone.
The Novice MD Black Wolves added another three wins this past weekend thanks to some impressive scoring and team defence. The Wolves looked out of it in Burlington last Friday after a long week. But thankfully Joel V. and the goalies were in fine form. Joel V. scored all three goals (hard hat award winner) and the goaltending duo of Maguire K. and Daniel L. only let in one en route to a 3-1 win. Next up was Cambridge on Saturday where the Wolves got scoring from seven different players in the 8-0 win. Leading the way was Ryan P. with 2 goals and an assist, earning him the coaches' hard hat award. Finally, the Wolves notched another 8-0 win against Stratford on Sunday as Joel V. was at it again with another hat trick. Hunter M. also chipped in with 2 goals and an assist. Congratulations to Bennett G. who won the hard hat award.
