Team Building Event - Mantracker - Oct 3
Our first team event is this Saturday, Oct 3rd
The boys will be toughing out a game of Mantracker at Conestoga Horseback Adventures.
Highlights:
Dress for the weather
Roasting Hot Dogs and Snacks afterwards (lunch)
You need to sign a waiver and bring it with you
Meeting Point at cul de sac at the end of Scout Road no later than 9:45am

Dress for the weather:
At this point, the weather looks cloudy and cool and though it might change...please dress appropriately; it is trail and can have thick brush!!! If there is rain before, it can get very muddy too!
Roasting Hot Dogs and Snacks afterwards:
We have also booked the firepit/picnic area and will have hot dogs and munchies to roast for lunch. Parents you are welcome to join us for that!
You need to sign a waiver and bring it with you:
We are including a link to the Conestoga Horseback Adventures website that will give you clear directions for dropoff and also for the waiver that MUST be signed for each child PRIOR to their participation. Coaches will collect the forms when you dropoff the boys.

Meeting Point:
Plan to meet at the cul de sac at the end of Scout Rd no later than 9:45am and then the boys and coaches will walk to the start location under the bridge. If for any reason you are later than that you will have to walk your child to the start point.
The mantracker should be completed within an hour and we will start our hotdog roast from there.
Please let me know if your child will NOT be participating so we know how many to account for before the game begins.
