If you do not see your players name please reach out to myself ([email protected]) and CC Waterloo Minor Hockey ([email protected]) for further information and steps required to have your player registered.
Please plan on arriving 20-30min before your evaluation. We will need time to check you in and hand out pinnies to all participants.
Please ensure that everyone that is attending the U-13/2008 AA/A evaluations is properly registered within the "519Check-in App for COVID-19 Symptom Screening", you need to ensure that the participant is registered under the noted group below.
"AA/A - U13 (2008) - Evaluation - Group A or B" for every evaluation outlined within the team calendar on the WMHA AAA website. You must outline the participants by name, and confirm that they have no COVID-19 symptoms prior to attending.
This is a mandatory requirement to enter the facility and participate.
