WOLVES MOVE TO 3-0
A win over Caledon and Kitchener have the Major Atom Select Wolves sitting at 3-0.

2 Sundays...2 Road Trips...2 Wins...

On Sunday, November 6th the team travelled to Caledon where the team played an unbelievable first period, battled through the 2nd and 3rd periods and were rewarded with a well deserved 4-0 victory! Shut-out privileges belong to Jacob K. on this day as he continually turned away shot after shot. A strong defensive game was played by Ashton C. and from the offensive side, Justin L-W. Great effort boys!                                                                               On Sunday, November 20th the team travelled to Kitchener to engage in a cross-town battle. And what a battle it was! The game provided lots of scoring opportunities with the game going back and forth. Waterloo was able to take an early lead when Ethan A. delivered a beautiful pass to Ian C. who wasted no time burying in the back of the net. Kitchener was able to score 9 seconds into the 2nd period to tie it up. From there, it was anybody's game. Kitchener kept pressing and Waterloo got into some penalty trouble. While short-handed, Ethan A. was at it again. He fed another beautiful pass to Enoch B. who also found the back of the net. That would be all the scoring we needed. From there, we set up a defensive wall, lead by the amazing efforts of Ben G. and strong goal-tending from Jack B. If it wasn't for the goal line puck clearing effort by Alex V. this game surely could have ended in a tie. Everyone on the team deserves credit for the 2-1 victory! Enjoy your Sunday evening! You earned it.
