It was great game last Friday against a good team.
David, Nick and Orando wore the captain and assistant captain's C and As well.
The forwards played very well scoring 4 goals.
Jacob had 2 goals and an assist.
The defence did well containing a pretty potent offensive threat.
Sadiq faced a lot of rubber too and kept us to within 2 goals.
Golden moment
Jack scored his second goal (correction) by being in front of the net with his stick on the ice. He was able to bang in the rebound from Jacob's shot. Way to go Jack, you got the golden moment.
Passing
The difference, I would say, was Cambridge’s passing. They had some good passing plays that resulted in goals
We will be practicing passing on Saturday morning.
Early Practice
Speaking of which, I will be at the practice bright and early. The ice is available before the 7:00 AM time so Alexander and I will be out there earlier skating and fooling around with the puck. Your player is welcome to join us.
Coaches please bring your skates to help on the ice.
