Hope all is well over there in Australia. I guess you would just be starting the school year over there by now. The team would like to wish you the best in the school year to come. The guys had a tough weekend as we lost Kevin Hilderly to a checking from behind call in the game against Brantford. He was making a great play on one of their players and the player turned into the boards. It was very similar to the call on Connor Mack in Ottawa. So poor Hildy had to leave that game and miss the Icewolf game the next day. Connor Mack was away in BC and because of the storm, his flight was delayed so we waited up till the game time on Sunday hoping he may suprise us and stroll into the rink but he was not able too. We beat Brantford 6 to 1, but we fell short to the Icewolves on Sunday. The game Sunday was another hard fought battle against our friends from Waterloo. They beat us 4 to 0. This weekend we play Cambridge on Saturday, it will be another hard fought battle. After the game the Dads from our team will be playing against the Dads from the icewolves, looks like it is gonna be another hard fought Waterloo battle Lol! On Sunday we have a practice and then right after that we are going to go tubing, we finally have some snow here now. In fact we got to much for my liking, lol , but i am sure I will be glad for tubing. Take Care Vic and all the boys said to say "hi", we miss seeing your smile at the rink! Talk to ya soon !
