Practices - Objectives and resources (October 15, 2012)
Designing practices that are fun and helpful is tough work (at least for a rookie coach)!
We will focus our efforts on skating, stickhandling, and team strategies over the course of the season.
We will work on the basics first, and then move on to more advanced drills later.
To help reinforce certain drills, I will try to provide some "homework" in advance of the practice.
