Wolves vs Huskies
Waterloo Wolves PeeWee MD Black had a solid start to the season with a 2-2 tie against the Hamilton Huskies.
The boys played a solid first period, with some tight defence, which kept Hamilton off the score board. During the second period our forwards came out strong, overtaking the Huskie defence, earning a goal. This gave the team some momentum and taste for victory. The third period would prove a challenge for the Wolves, with some tough calls, and penalty minutes. However, Waterloo killed the penalties well and kept strong. In the end, Hamilton snuck a late third period goal in, evening the score at two a piece. Fantastic game by Bernier in net, Williams and Labrie with the teams first goals of the season and Z. Arnold for his solid presence on defence.
Well done players!
