HL Teams Complete Seasons at ALLIANCE Championships
Two Wolves teams took home home titles as our Select and HL teams competed at the ALLIANCE Championships.
Our House League and Select teams wrapped up their seasons at the ALLIANCE Championships and two teams took home some hardware!
The U12 and U15 Select teams won their respective divisions as four others made the quarter finals and semi finals to give Waterloo a strong showing at the annual tournament.
In the House League division, the U11 Wild Wolves capitalized on a strong round robin (3-0) to make it all the way to the finals. They scored late in the semi-finals to force overtime and ultimately beat the top seeded team in the tournament in a shootout to advance. The final also went to a shootout, however the Wild Wolves were beat by a talented opponent.
The U9 Mountain Wolves (2-1) and U13 Ice Wolves (2-1) had strong round robins and the U15 Mountain Wolves and U18 Ice Wolves competed hard all weekend.
All in all, our Wolves teams represented Waterloo extremely well. Thank you to the players and coaches for all your hard work and making this season memorable for everyone!
