Strong Effort in Kitchener
Sorry for the delays in this post, Our boys played a very strong game on Friday night in Kitchener. It is always a great game between these two hockey rivals and both teams always step it up when facing each other on puck drop.
Kitchener squeaked one past us early in the game and it was our turn to rally and dig deep. It was a very fast paced game and our effort was much stronger than our last game - the boys were hungry and were not letting down.
We were able to squeak the tying goal into their net - great driving the net Kaden Harris- a new game has begun. We kept reminding the boys to play simple and complete their assignments on the ice, the boys did not let up - great job guys.
We potted the go ahead with a juicy rebound that their goalie gave us -Callum Stratford was in the right place at the right time.
Although we were up our boys did not let off the gas and kept working hard and in the end took home the victory.
Well done boys, keep working hard and we will continue to have success.
