Hello all,
Select tryouts start this Saturday at 2 pm at Moses Springer
arena!
All house league players are
welcome to the tryouts. For those who have paid for either MD or just for the
select tryouts can just show up. For those who haven’t paid for the tryouts can
still come out. To pay for the tryouts please contact Waterloo Minor Hockey
Association main office at RIM Park suit 106 (Office Hours: Mon. - Thurs.
12pm-4pm; Fri. 10am-3pm).
The selection process for this team is competitive and the team will only take 17 players. If your child makes the house league select team there will be an additional cost (TBD). In addition to practices (~1/week), the team will play 8 home and 8 away games verses other house league select teams. The team will also go to three tournaments over the course of the season.
The team will go to the following tournaments.
Vaughn: Marshall Drewnowsky Memorial Select Tournament November 15-18, 2018
Niagara Falls: Ange Giajnorio Memorial Winter Thaw Tournament March 11-17, 2019
Plus the year end tournament
