Dryland Saturday November 5th 2:30 pm
With a week where we have no hockey, we have decided to do some dryland training.
We will meet at Lexington Field in Waterloo where there is lots of easy free parking and a good sized field to play.
We will do some strength and conditioning and break the kids up into 2 teams and play some ultimate frisbee.
we will meet there for 2:30 pm same as if we had a practice. The address is 291 Lexington rd., Waterloo, on, N2K 1W9. I think this will be good for the boys to work together in off ice activities, and we should be wrapping up around 4 pm.
