What an
exciting day it was for all! These Wolves seem to be getting just a
little better all the time and it's fun to see them improve and have such a
good time doing it!
We started off our tournament with a tough game against the Whitby Wildcats on Friday and even with a hat trick from our Player of the Game Cameron, fell short with a 6-3 loss. The boys played hard and left determined.
Saturday started playing the host team, Centre Wellington, who we will be seeing again soon in our own league play. Both teams played evenly most of the game, but our goalie tandem of Ryan and Ciaran proved the difference in the 3-1 victory of the home team.
Khristian's line with the two Ethan's provided much of the Offense by spending a lot of time in the offensive zone while showing up on the scoreboard. Khristian took home our Player of the Game!
This evening, against the Oakville Golden Warriors, the boys turned it up a few notches. You could really tell the boys wanted it tonight; they hustled, they wanted it, and each line and shift was very productive. We have a hard working, good mix of kids all pulling together to play their best.
Ciaran took home our Player of the Game with a phenomenal performance between the pipes and all around the win was a real team effort. Very good play from all around!!
Keep up the great effort boys, you all should be very proud of yourselves!
