The boys and coaches will meet at 2:45 pm at the start point in St. Jacobs to begin the Mantracker course. We will have 4 teams of approximately 4 boys and 1 coach each. It will take them about 2 hours to make their way to Conestoga Horseback Adventures on Northfield Dr. Please dress appropriately for the weather as they may get wet or muddy. Extra shoes and socks or rubber boots will be a good idea.

Kim will need to give final numbers the day before so they can set up the course for the boys so please confirm back to her as soon as possible so we can plan.
After the boys and coaches have returned parents, siblings and the team will enjoy a pizza dinner in the party room at the farm. We will cover the cost of the pizza through the team fund but we are asking parents to contribute to a potluck for appetizers, salads and desserts. This is a private room so we are able to bring in our own drinks. Please BYOB as well as drinks for your children. If you could also let Kim know how many from your family will be there for pizza it will make it easier to order.
Finally, there is a campfire there with lots of wood that we can use but they suggested we bring some dry kindling. If anyone has some that would be great.
