We have booked December 5th and 6th at the Hampton Inn in Barrie for this tournament. There is a 2 night minimum with tournament bookings, although we are only guaranteed games Friday and Saturday. Games on Friday can start as early as 8:30 am for local teams and after lunch for travelling teams. If any families would like to share rooms, please contact Deanna or Leanne and they can try and co-ordinate this. See information below to book your individual rooms. Rooms must be booked by October 24th to be in our team block.

Step 2) Click “Reserve Individual Room” to make an individual reservation. Please make sure that all the information is accurate before accepting the individual cancellation policy and clicking submit. After you have submitted your reservation online you cannot edit your booking. To make changes to your reservation, please call us toll free at 1-800-304-6346. Please have your file # (31377) on hand.
All reservations must be submitted no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time on
October 24, 2014. Any rooms not booked by this time will be released and may only be available after that time at the regular rate.
CSTT does not charge credit cards. The Hotel requires this information to secure your rooms.
If you need to cancel the entire block of rooms this must be submitted to our office in writing, by fax or email, no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time on October 24, 2014. If it is received after this time, a minimum cancellation charge of 1 night’s room plus tax for each room may be applied at the hotel’s discretion.
We request that individual changes and cancellations be made directly with CSTT. CSTT cannot be responsible for any changes or cancellations that are done directly with hotels.
