I was at the Zone today and Vince the owner was telling me about a shooting clinique he was at in the USA for Easton. How a guy "Scott Bjugstad" is teaching kids how to improve their speed and accuracy of their shots by using some different techniques. Shifting their weight and loading their sticks earlier on the shot. There are three video clips at the bottom of the web site have a look at them if you wish.
