The Atom Ice Wolves were back in action a day after winning the International Silver Stick Tournament of Champions.
The boys must have been tired after all the excitement at the Silver Stick tournament.
The team looked sluggish in the first period against Kitchener Red.
Kitchener Red took it to the Ice Wolves early and would open the scoring off a power play goal.
The Ice Wolves would come to life after a quick pep talk.
The skating and passing was back to life as the Ice Wolves dictated play the rest of the game.
The outcome a 7-1 win. Shots were 25-16 Ice Wolves.
