Good work this weekend gentlemen. You've got a lot to be proud of right now. After starting out the season with 1 win and 6 losses in our 'first round', we finished up the 'second round' of the regular season with 3 wins, 3 ties and only 1 loss. That shows a solid commitment to teamwork and reflects your dedication both in the games and at practice.  In that first round we gave up a whopping 34 goals against but in the second round we cut that to a grand total of 9 goals against. That's a 75% improvement! Way to go!

During our Regular Season we play each of the other 7 teams two times each. That basically gives us 2 Rounds to the Regular Season. We struggled through the "first round", scoring enough goals to be winning games but giving up way too many and ended with a record of 1-6-0. As we started the "second round" we asked the team to make team defense the #1 priority and they have really bought in. We are now 4 games in to our "second round". After 4 games in the "first round" we had given up 15 goals against. Through the first 4 games of the "second round" we have only given up 5 goals ...
