The team then had a good showing in the Great Lakes Cup in Stratford this past weekend. The Wolves won three games and tied one game in round robin, which placed them in first place in their pool. The Minor Peewee Wolves competed this past weekend in the Tim Horton’s International Tournament, hosted in Hamilton. The Wolves knew this would be a tough tournament and worked hard preparing for battle. After four games they won one, tied one and lost two and did not qualifying for Monday’s play. However, the games played will make them tougher for league play. The team walked away knowing they can compete with any team, but also realized that there are areas for growth and improvement. This upcoming weekend’s schedule includes two road league games against Cambridge and Huron Perth. Good luck Wolves!
