Atom Ice Wolves, 2014-2015, BB (Waterloo Minor Hockey)

The Atom Ice Wolves pushed hard to make the top tier for MD and landed in 6th place to start the playoff season. After a great run they fell short of the 4th place to continue into the playdowns by only 1 point. The Ice Wolves are playing some great hockey, and showcasing excellent teamwork at all positions, including goaltending!   Saturday Feb 1,  the Ice Wolves took on Brantford in Waterloo for the first game of the playoffs. As they did all season, both teams worked hard for puck possession to take the win from one another. However this time it ended in a stalemate 2-2 tie. Sunday Feb 2, the Ice Wolves traveled to Hamilton to play  Hamilton Blue, winning 3-2. Hamilton scored first, but  Ice Wolves responded quickly in the first period with two goals.
