Team building with Aaron Downey
Submitted By Craig Warren on Tuesday, August 26, 2014
The Minor Bantam AAA Hockey Club travelled to Shelburne to spend the day with Aaron Downey to see his off ice conditioning program.  Aaron currently trains NHL and OHL players.  The day started with a 45 min hike through rough terrain and trails and finished up with 45 minute Gladiator course.  The players were challenged throughout the day and finished using his outdoor sauna's and cold tubs. On the hike, the players had the opportunity to swim in a spring feed pond in the middle of the forest to cool down.  Aaron's passion for fitness could be seen throughout the day and the players enjoyed every minute of it!!
