The Waterloo Mountain Wolves headed up the 400 Highway to play in their 2nd tournament of the season.
Game 1 had the Wolves battling the Peterborough Pete's to
a heart breaking 3-2 loss. The boys
tried to come all the way back from 3-1 deficit but came up a little short
(with some help by the officials missing a Wolves goal midway through the 3rd). Game 2 was a hard fought win over the
always tough Oshawa Generals 5-2. They faced Kitchener Blue in the 3rd game of the round
robin & lost 5-2 to a bigger, faster, all 8 year old team.
The coaches are extremely proud of how the
boys battled hard all weekend!!!!
Back at the hotel the mini sticks were out, the pool reached its 40 person maximum and a pizza party was enjoyed by all. Everyone had lots of fun regardless, becoming closer
friends & a better team by the end of it all.
