Crosstown Rivals
Submitted By Brad Heard on Thursday, November 8, 2012
The Waterloo Mountain Wolves put a tremendous effort into their game vs Kitchener Jr. Rangers Black this past Sunday November 4th.

The Waterloo Wolves goalies were blocking shots left, right & center. I almost thought the goalies were drafted from the NHL after seeing the quick glove saves performed throughout the game.

# 68 Ethan Hay got the only goal for the Wolves, deeking out 3 Ranger players at phenomenal speed & finally planting the puck in the back of the net.  An unfortunate accident would cause Ethan Hay to later be removed from the game due to injury.

All the Wolves played their hearts out, even those who were feeling under the weather.

They lost 3-1 but played the best all around game so far this season.

Cheers

Gina Wolfe
