Tough Match Up Ends in Tie
The boys faced off against the Sun County Panthers today looking for their first win of the season.
After falling behind 3-0, Jay A jumped on a rebound from Wyatt M. Grayson S buried a point shot from Lucas F to pull within 1. The Panthers then tallied a couple more making their lead 5-2 in the 3rd. On a powerplay, Wyatt M got the "never say die Wolves" alive by making it 5-3.
With 2:24 left, the buzzing line of Ethan M, Wyatt M and Lucas F scored 2 goals in 15 seconds to tie up the game. This was a great game by the Wolves displaying a no quit attitude.
A special welcome to "Wolfy" the team mascot, who made his first appearance to help rally the team and the crowd!
