Wolves Win with a Strong Defensive Game
The Waterloo Wolves took the ice Sunday looking for their first W of the season. Fans were not disappointed as the Wolves earned themselves a 4-0 win shutting down the Lampton Sting in a strong defensive game by all the Wolves.
Jay A led the charge early with 2 goals in the first period. Ryder H added one in the 3rd and Lucas F sealed the deal with an empty netter. Excellent defense was seen by Liam S and Michael B which would help Ty B earn the first shutout of the season. The Wolves head to London next weekend to measure themselves against an extremely strong field of US and Canadian teams in the Drew Doughty Invitational.
