MD Minor Atom White vs St Catharines Hurricanes
Submitted By Mike Willson on Sat 02 27, 16
Waterloo could not hold the lead as the Hurricanes stormed back to win 4 - 3.

Waterloo opened the score at the 6 minute mark of the first when Brett Verutis passed the puck over to Riley Waters. Riley beat the sprawling Hurricane's goalie far side. Waterloo did a great job at forcing the play in St. Catharine's zone most of the first period.

Waterloo again dominated the second period. Nathan Edwards scored 2 minutes into the period on a pass from Chaz Proulx. Then Riley Waters gave the team a 3 - 0 lead late in the third as he picked up the loose puck and rifled it on net.

Riley Waters took home the hardest worker helmet for his two point effort.

Keep working hard boys. Good luck against Brantford on Sunday.
