The Pee Wee Gold Wolves and London Green met up for a crucial game 3 of the six point series. Both teams entered the game with 2 points.
Scoring chances were limited through the first two periods as the game remained scoreless. The Wolves finally got on the board in the third while on the power play. Griffin Harris' point shot found its way onto the stick of Thomas Dunbar who fired a shot on goal that managed to elude the Green goaltender. Kyle Bordessa also assisted on the goal. London kept pressing in the final minutes of the game but the Reagan Gies was there to keep the puck out of the net and pick up the shutout. Gies was the player of the game.
Game 4 goes Sunday afternoon at the Waterloo Rec Complex.
