Wolves win and split series with Brampton
The Waterloo Peewee Wolves defeated the Brampton Bombers over the weekend and evened the series at 1 apiece. Brampton scored first, but that did not rattle the Wolves as Michael DiGravio & Owen Baribeau hooked up with Xander Boston to tie the game. Moments later, Brayden MacDonald & Ben Campbell found a wide open Eric Grierson, who found nothing but net to give the Wolves the lead for good. Boston gave the Wolves a 2 goal lead with help from a nice give and go from Baribeau. Brampton was able to close the gap to 1, but the combo of Baribeau to Boston put the game out of reach and earned Boston a hattrick as the Wolves won 4-2.
