OT Win for Major Bantam AAA vs. HP Lakers move onto Semi-finals vs. London

The Waterloo Wolves Major Bantam AAA defeated the Huron Perth Lakers 3-2 in overtime in game 5 to take the series.  S.Sparkes scored the game winner in OT at 6:53 mark, with an assist going to M.Sinkeldam.  The series was tied at 4 points each going into the fifth game. While the Wolves controlled the majority of the play throughout the series, the Lakers fought hard and would not give up. 

Series scoring: S.Sparkes 5G, 1A, M.Deelstra 2G, 1A, J.White 2G, 1A, N.Schnarr 1G, 2A, J.Nejadrasoul 1G, 2A, Z.Walsh 1G, M.Sinkeldam 3A, N.King 1A, D.Duckett 1A, T.Lamarche 1G, 1A. 

Goaltenders: M.Wright 2-0-1 and J.Hergott 0-1-1. Great job by all players!!!!!

The win moves the Wolves onto the final four vs. the London Jr. Knights.  The series is expected to be tight as both games during the regular season ended in ties.
