Novice Select Wolves make it two in a row!
The Wolves had a busy week. Arriving in Guelph for a Monday evening game, the boys played a solid 3 periods earning a win, with Joshua C. and Deio G. keeping out everything that came their way on route to a shutout....
This evening, the boys faced off against Halton Hills. The wolves were mighty hungry with two players managing hat tricks, Callum T. and Lucas T. Over the course of the Guelph and Halton Hills games, additional goals were scored by: Alec L. (3), Gavin A. (2), Dexter V. (2), Sacha W. and Caden B. Sam M. deserves special mention for his 4 assists. The defense played very well, with River V. and Nate B. both turning in particularly strong performances this evening.
The player of the Game for the Guelph match went to Cole G. for his implementation of our defensive plan, laid out just one practice prior to the game. The player of the game for the Halton Hills match went for offensive performance. Callum T. took the honors for the evening.
