Alliance Championship Day Two
Wolves get past league rivals Kitchener Red 4-2 to take first place and bye to championship finals game.

Gold started sluggish with Kitchener Red dominating early play that resulted in a Ranger 1-0 lead on a rebound goal.  The Wolves would eventually get going and even the score 1-1 with Wyatt M. snapping in a rebound from a Grayson S. shot.  However, the Rangers would take advantage of some sloppy Wolves play to bang in another rebound and take a 2-1 lead heading into the third.

At the beginning of the third, Lucas P. would feed Hunter C. who then set up Emre A. for the equalizing one-timer.  Kitchener would pressure the Wolves but Boyd S. boarded up the net and weathered the storm.  Cam M. and Liam C. would work the puck to Colten T. who gave the Wolves their first lead of the game at 6:56.  Colten T. would immediately add an insurance goal 11s later to make it 4-2 with a blast over the shoulder of the Kitchener netminder.  The Wolves would hold on for the win and secure first place.

The Wolves await the winner of the semi-final between Kitchener and Sarnia.
