I'd like to take a moment to recognize and congratulate a good friend and tireless volunteer coach with Waterloo Minor Hockey, Tom Ansett.
A few weeks back I had the honour and pleasure of presenting Tom his 35 Year Volunteer Pin in front of our team at practice.
Tom joined me coaching about 6 years ago and we have had an amazing time with the teams we have had. His commitment to helping young players develop at the game we all love is inspiring and appreciated. He is a great coach and great friend as well.
On behalf of the Minor Bantam MD Black Team, coaches Craig, Pete, Reid and Trainer Mike we offer our heartfelt congratulations to Tom! Here's to many more!

Congratulations on the Gold medal win in London at the Byron Optimist Competitive Tournament, well done boys and coaches
It took overtime to gain a win for gold against the West London Hawks.
