Keean Washkurak, former captain of the Waterloo Minor Midget Wolves was selected by the St Louis Blues in the 5th round in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft in Vancouver
In his Minor Midget season in Waterloo Keean was our captain and lead by example on and off the ice with his intense work ethic and never give up approach. Keean played in 76 games that year recording 34 goals and 47 assists. St Louis will be very happy with Keean and we wish him all the best
