2022 Spring Tryout Registration

Tryout Registration for U14*, U15 and U16 - AAA, AA/A (Seeded) and MD is now open. 

*ALL U14 PLAYERS MUST ATTEND A MANDATORY BODY CONTACT CLINIC - PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND TO REGISTER FOR ONE OF THE CLINICS*

THE COST OF TRYOUT PASSES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 


AAA + AA: $120.00
AA+MD: $100.00

AA ONLY: $100.00
MD ONLY: $75.00


INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING FOR TRYOUTS:

1. Complete the Tryout Registration Form, found HERE
2. E-transfer your tryout fee to: [email protected] Please specify your player name in the comment/detail section of your Bank's e-transfer form. 

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2022-23 SEASON WILL OPEN IN JUNE - YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THE HOCKEY CANADA SYSTEM TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER PRIOR TO TRYOUTS.
PLEASE ONLY COMPLETE THE TRYOUT REGISTRATION FORM.

**If you are AAA Zone player, from Centre Wellington, Drayton, Woolwich, Twin Centre or Tavistock, please contact your Home Association to obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form. Please bring a copy of the form to the first tryout skate**

**If you are eligible to attend AA tryouts in Waterloo, please contact your Home Association to obtain a Non-Resident Player Passport (NRP Passport). Please bring the form to the first tryout skate**
