April 27th- Waterloo Wolves U13 AA/A Tryout Update
I just want to say a big thank you to all who attended our first day of tryouts. I really appreciate the compete level and energy every player brought to the ice today. I want to thank each individual that came out, it really made for some tough decisions tonight. Unfortunately I need to make some roster adjustments in order to move on in the tryout process, working towards picking the 17 individuals that will make up the team for next season. Like I told everyone after the skate, one decision does not define you as a player or a person, but is only a step in the learning process.

Exhibition Game vs Cambridge

Monday April 28th 6:15 @ Cambridge Sports Park

Players who are dressing for the game please bring warm-up clothes and be ready for a team warm-up at 5:30.

What to wear to the rink: Dress pants or Khakis and some form of a collared shirt (dress shirt, or golf shirt).

If you are not dressing, it is not required that you come to the game in Cambridge tomorrow.

To the players who have been released:

Thank you for your hard work, positive attitude, and passion for the game. We know this is never an easy moment, but remember: your worth as a hockey player—and as a person—is not defined by a single tryout.

This is just one step on your journey. Many great players have faced setbacks along the way, and we encourage you to keep working hard, keep loving the game, and most importantly, keep showing up.

We believe in you.

And we’ll always be here to support you however we can.
