U11 Wolves Show strong in Peterborough AA Tourney
The young Wolves went into the Kawartha Early bird tourney in Peterborough as underdogs but came out as a force to be reckoned with!

The Wolves U11 A/AA team opened the tourney Strong.

Game 1
Facing the tough Burlington Eagles AA team with a strong team effort to win 2-0 with Shoozie getting player of the game and the "Holy Moly look whos the goalie" award for the shutout.

Game 2
Second game of the day on Friday late afternoon, the young Wolves were facing another tough AA team, Oshawa Generals AA.  The young Wolves could not pot a goal until later in the game.  Coming back from a two nothing deficit, Banner was tripped up to take a penalty shot with 30 seconds left in the game to tie it up.

Game 3
Early Saturday morning game against a tough Mississauga Rattlers AA Team was a battle to say the least.  The young Wolves proved to be faster and stronger battling through to a 2-1 Win.

Game 4 Quarter Finals
Wolves finished 1st in their division facing the GTA Duffield Devils AA.  Wolves were ready and with enough "honks from the locals", the Wolves took a commanding lead to finish the evil Devils 9-1 win.

Game 5 Semi Finals
After experiencing a 12:30am fire alarm and lack of rest, the Wolves had to face a local powerhouse in the Peterborough Petes AA team.  Wolves went up early with a 1-0 lead but could now hold off the Petes in their battle to win 4-1.

A great way to open the season for these young Wolves who never quit, never gave up and battled.  We Believe!!
