Cooled Some Jets and Stole Some Thunder!
Submitted By Jeff Kentel on Monday, September 16, 2019
The 2019/2020 Minor Midget AA Hockey Club completed their pre-season with an excellent performance at the 2019 Mississauga Early Bird Tournament.

Our Wolf pack came prepared to “Respect All and Fear None” having worked very hard at every practice and training session leading up to one of the top GTA pre-season tourneys. We faced off on Wednesday against the Halton Hills Thunder calming their storm in a dominating 6-1 performance. Saturday morning saw our Wolves hungry for another victory cooling the Mississauga Jets 7-1. Our time together as a team thus far has focussed on team identity and character. Our strong opponent on Saturday afternoon served us well in our team development. The high flying Vaughan Rangers, the eventual tournament winners, were a great test for our club and provided us with some excellent competition to sharpen our teeth on. Our Minor Midget AA Wolves are ready for the season! Our next meal is Thursday evening against Cambridge.
